For students and their parents:

I am the director of mathematics placement for PLU, and would be happy to answer any questions that you might have about how your individual placement was determined. If you believe that you have been incorrectly placed, please be prepared to explain why and to indicate in which course you believe you belong Our goal is to see that each student is placed in a course that offers the best learning situation for that student and his or her classmates.

Be advised that it typically takes two days to a week to process incoming placement exams and to generate individual math placement recommendations, which includes entering registration permissions into the PLU computer system. If you need your exam processed more quickly, please contact me with an explanation for your request.

If you are looking for the actual PLU Math Placement Exam, it is available on banner web here.
