Robert Marshall Wells has worked in print, broadcast and online journalism, public relations, marketing and communication consulting for more than 20 years. As MediaLab’s faculty advisor, Dr. Wells has served as the chief architect of the organization's growth and award–winning activities.

Jp Avila

Graphic Design Advisor

 

Jp Avila is Chair of the Art Department at PLU and has taught Visual Communication, Art and Graphic Design at the University since 2004. He holds a Master’s of Fine Arts degree from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He has served as an adviser to MediaLab since 2007.

Joanne M. Lisosky, Ph.D.

Journalism & Communications Advisor

 

Dr. Joanne Lisosky, who co–founded MediaLab in 2005 with Dr. Robert Marshall Wells, has taught journalism and media studies at PLU since the late ‘90s. Dr. Lisosky’s distinguished career has included work in print, broadcast and visual journalism. A two–time Fulbright scholar, Dr. Lisosky earned her doctorate in Communication from the University of Washington in Seattle.
